Global team means occasional 3 am or 10 pm meetings.

There were no pros other than one person whom I spoke with that actually. had a conscious and did the right thing. The remaining team members were scammers and the entire company should be looked into.

Fraudulent contracts, do not follow their terms, they promise terms and do not abide by them, keep every singe email you receive for verification of terms, even when that happened they refused to pay the correct amount and paid only pennies on the dollar. They are taking advantage of the VRI industry.
