      Pros

      It's a manufacturing company. And it's R&D is in India. So, you have much to learn. You will be assisted by your colleagues. The pay is good and so is hike.

      Cons

      They should provide free food for lunch atleast. The subsidized food is fine but make it free of cost, which is 50 rupees.
