Good place to plant your feet.

Terrible pay. Raises were rare.

Relative freedom to get things taken care of for customers. Sometimes better than being unemployed.

Too many to have a comprehensive list, but heres a try: Building is very poor, used to be a warehouse, no ventilation, too few bathrooms, too little parking (you will always see employees parked on the road in front of the building because there are no spaces). Management is chaotic with little vision and the willingness to sacrifice even that on a whim. Extremely low pay scale compared to any other comparable positions in the Twin Cities. Completely unrealistic work requirements, you are to drop everything else in your life to get this thing done so that we can make a pissed off customer stop threatening to cancel their service. All of the good people leave and nothing is done to try and retain good talent.
