Long hours during busy season, but still low compared to other firms in the industry.

BGBC is a low stress environment for public accounting. The people are nice and the audit staff doesn't have to travel as much as larger firms.

During busy season you still are expected to work 60+ hours a week. That's not terrible considering some of the larger firms expect 70+.
