Great exposure. Hands on with everything. Pretty much thrown into the deep end.

Cons

Sometimes lack of support for new comers. Cliquey groups so can be hard to blend in. Need to be an extrovert to survive as just doing your job alone is not enough to be noticed. Management have their favourites and quite visible among others.

the culture can be a little intimidating. the people are all very intelligent and smart, which can be a real eye opening experience for many malaysians
