Pros
As an intern, you feel like a part of the company. You get to attend design meetings, work closely with designers on various tasks, do occasional site visits, learn a lot about materials and furniture, meet representatives from other companies and build connections. Many employees commute long distances in order to work here, so the company is pretty open to ''work from home'' model if necessary.
Cons
Minimum salary. Looking at other designers' workload, seems like there is overtime involved and some work ''travels" home in order to meet the deadlines.
