Going downhill - Business Analyst BF&M Employee Review

Pay is good, benefits are good too.

- Head of HR is not a people person. She will not even say good morning to employees. Very off -putting considering her position. -Some managers should not be in those position as they are very unprofessional. -Mandatory 3 days a week in the office - Some departments are chronically understaffed and nothing seems to be done to fix it. -Lack of flexibility - if you move away, you will have to resign as they refuse to have anyone work remotely - company is 20 years behind. -Halifax office has washrooms that smell like sewage.

Great community values. The office is in a nice location.

Sub par work from home practice. Legal team members are very toxic and manipulative.
