      Pros

      The company strives to incorporate cutting-edge technology into its new developments. A 100% remote work policy is in place, along with flexible scheduling. Continuous learning is encouraged through specialized guilds and paid online platforms. English and German classes are offered from levels A1 to B2. There are multiple positions available, including Java developers, .NET developers, QA engineers, designers, front-end developers, Kotlin developers, and iOS developers. Once a month, there is a Technical Friday where developers can engage in a course or create a proof of concept. The Scrum methodology is employed, and most projects adhere to best practices. And finally, meetings are conducted in English.

      Cons

      In some cases, salaries are not properly aligned with responsibilities. English classes for C1 level (or similar) are unavailable. Junior positions are not open in Spain.
