Great salary and great benefits. Everyone iv met here are all nice people from the cleaners at the training centre right up to the CEO. Initial training in Warrington is on point! Out in the field, as long as you’re doing everything you should be doing you are left to your own devices. Fully remote position. Rarely have to speak to my manager. Paid door to door. Good car allowance (currently £5500 per annum (taxable)). Current salary including above around £58k.
Cons
A lot of driving! And I mean a lot! (Not really a con for me but some may see it as one). Later training can be a pain to get information about. I.e. location and type of training. Iv had to chase information several times and have been left waiting until just a couple of weeks before to arrange accommodation etc. Difficult to progress to a higher salary position within the company from this role.
