Out of touch management constantly pushing for more. Can’t seem to keep hold on people for long I’ve seen many leave. The planning system is awful and when brought up the same tired reply’s I heard when I started are repeated. Put themselves in unfavourable contracts with clients just for the bragging rights. Getting leave is becoming impossible we’ve been advised to get as much booked in as we can for next year if we want them guaranteed. Everything is tracked and key logged so there’s no sign of trust. There is no progression no matter what they say. Unless you’re bad at your job then you fall upwards. All work is done in the job via underpowered computer with barely functional software. They like to innovate but never complete.
