      Pros

      Descent IT kit but totally locked down

      Cons

      Seem to be all at sea, people leaving faster than they can hire them & management either don't care or can't do anything about it. Always promising it's getting better but reality is opposite.

      Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

      Cons

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
