      Pros

      All the pros (such as career development or good company ethics) were lost when the company became independent

      Cons

      The company is run by bullies, there is a culture of fear that's not very nice to be part of. The company changed overnight when it became independent and is now not a very nice place to work. Be warned. There's a reason this review is from a "former" employee.

      Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

      Cons

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
