      Flexibility, relatively high hourly wage, small office with friendly and very responsive administrative staff.

      Demand for tutoring is inconsistent and there are periods of very little work available.

      Flexible hours. Good in-office perks (fully stocked kitchen, free coffee/espresso, etc.). Great staff.
