      you can make your own schedule

      Cons

      never enough work to pay your bills. they hire you at part time but if you're in a big city they hire full time for $5.00 MORE per hour & getting a raise is worse then pulling teeth. they think a $20.00 bonus is a big deal. you can be part time & work over 40 hours but they'll still classify you as part time & not full time so you get screwed on better health care & holiday pay

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
