Pros
Hybrid/remote work was the only real plus. People were good but were overworked and held back by poor leadership and a poor overall company structure.
Cons
Poor pay, long hours, poor training, zero office culture and work life balance. Turnover rate on my team was 50% in 6 months. Everyone is overworked so no one has time to help each other or try and improve anything. Office looks like it was frozen in time from 2000. Burn and churn mindset at the company. You will learn some skills as an entry level job, but if you’re at this company longer than a year good luck.
