      Enjoyable co-workers; challenging but attainable deadlines.

      Cons

      Proper and professional training isn't a priority to BDP. Dead end position with unrealistic room for growth. Benefits aren't all that; Terrible technology; Excessive workload with an extremely short staff.

      Great environment, great management, great coworkers, good pay, easy job.

      Cons

      Takes a while to move up, but in the way that turnover is little. Which isn't much of a con.
