      Resources Client's Diversity Beautiful Office Flexibility in schedule Free lunches once in a while Intelligent coworkers Free Snacks and Drinks

      Poor salary Terrible hours No care for the employees Focus is ONLY the bottom line They don't care if you are good, as long as you complete workpapers on time Unrealistic deadlines and staffing High Turnover Although resources are available there is no time for anything If you actually care about your work and want to do it right, you will be judge for being slow. I took my time to do my work, meeting the deadlines, and that was not appreciated. Favoritism towards teams that worked on Public Companies. I personally felt racism. You're just a number to them.

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
