Paid time off given for studies and exams, get the ACA after the training contract. The work provides a great learning experience on how finance departments work. Counselling managers willing to listen and help if approached with issues. Seniors usually helpful and willing to teach. Time off in lieu given to make up for overtime worked. Good upward movement in terms of career. Nice people and good socialising when in the office.
Cons
Study support team slow to respond. Lack of communication on work expectations from managers and seniors at times, sometimes leading to working beyond normal hours. Seniors seem stressed. Low pay, below the average graduate starting salary. These cons are probably applicable to all the top accounting firms.
