Pros
- Good work experience. - Good people. You form close bonds with the people you work with, especially since they're your age and are going through similar experiences. - Good support for CPA program.
Cons
- Long hours, which are not compensated. Very low salary compared to the hours worked, although the hours are not as long as Big 4's. However, they do not offer overtime/banked hours compared to mid-size firms. No indication from Management that this will change. - Has increasingly become a toxic work environment. Little to no trust in what Partners or National say. - Corporate decisions seem to be bottle-necked at the National level. National is extremely disconnected from what the local firms and employees want.
