      - Great contact with clients - Supportive partner (in my team) - Learnt a lot and if I expressed interest in a certain area, I was given appropriate work - Quickly move up if you perform well

      Cons

      - Pay is not so good - Some team politics (best to stay out of!)

      Really liked the people I worked with and the culture in the office

      Cons

      Teams were pressured to move more and more work to BDO Rise, which left our staff struggling to get hours and some were assigned to other teams outside of our office. Hard to motivate staff and train staff when they felt like they were replaceable and had no ownership over their work/teams
