- learn the way of audit as similar as big4 - peers and superiors are friendly and helpful - good coaching by superiors - better pay than big4 when good performers are rewarded with better bonus in overall
Cons
- not as well recognised as big4 when people look at your CV but people never know the work quality could easily surpass big4 - audit is always hectic, it’s not the cons of the firm but the industry - the effort put in should be compensated with higher pay, again is not the cons of the firm but the industry as a whole - tight deadline, again this is the shitshow in every audit firm
