If you work hard and show your skills and potential, we are at right place, BCf is one of the best employee satisfaction company, specifically the support team is one of the best team we've seen, Manager and onsite teams are very supportive, they take care of their employees as a family members, I'm not saying it's because of just saying, I'm telling by my own experience. You have every benefit, Cabs, Insurance, Can earn extra, good pay structure , Work life balance great, no stress, no pressure, can easily manage personal life, many of my colleagues wanted to retire in BCf, what else we need.
Cons
All the -ve feedback which has been posted on this forum is completely non sense, there's no fact about it, those are the people who doesn't see/feel happy about others. I would say if you don't like step out don't spoil the rhythm and don't influence others.
