No clear business strategy. Lurch from one plan to another every month. Senior management only focus on the Sales and Support teams. If members of the other teams have issues these tend to be brushed under the carpet. Sometimes do not follow up on commitments. Inconsistent hybrid working philosophy. Some teams/individuals are made to work from the office more than others though senior managers say that there is a unified policy.
