Sometimes, employees can be stretched far too thin - but that is to be expected in this industry.

Relaxed atmosphere, business casual attire, good vacation, 401K match, health insurance.

Upper management is horrible and inexperienced to handle this type of business. They should not be managing people, they don't know how to. Beyond that, their HR person is also their CFO. Which I found to be a HUGE conflict of interest.
