      Pros

      Embracing modern ways of working, decent pay, generally great people, good rate of pay. Really great flexible working with no pressure to be in the office but great office space when you do come in.

      Cons

      Benefits not brilliant - standard scheme for vouchers, salary sacrifice pension not great.
