      People there are generally respectful of each other and highly knowledgeable. A place with a great culture. You aren't micro-managed and have some freedom to finish your work. Friendly manager and staff where you can easily build relationships with.

      Cons

      Not too much, overall a great organization. The computers and the operating systems are a bit outdated, and sometimes the workpace can be a little slow.

      Updating systems to make work more efficient.

      Cons

      Communication with management is an issue as they tend to do what they think and don't really listen to employees. As a result, employees are very careful to stick to the script.
