      Pros

      Can be a stable place to work, lots of women on staff at lower levels.

      Cons

      Feedback not encouraged, and other staff expected my husband to make more money to offset the low wages (ie working for a cause means less fair pay for women).

      Pros

      You know what’s great? They don't keep me on too short of a leash here. No, here they let me roam. I’ve got just enough slack to dig up some trouble but not enough to bury myself.

      Cons

      Promotions are dangled in front of you like treats and create a dog-eat-dog, competitive environment.
