The organization funds the work of BC Cancer and allows direct impact to research and expansion that otherwise couldn't happen. Staff are motivated and passionate to create a change, in a strategic way.
Cons
Organization is growing quickly so you don't interact often with all colleagues or teams - even though there are channels of communication it can be a bit disjointed knowing what others are doing.
