Pros
Worked monday through friday 8:30 to 5:30. Started above average in pay which is negotiable upon hire.
Cons
Disorganization through out the whole company. Noone seemed able to tell me how things were supposed to be done. BSA compliance were not followed the why they should be. Procedures on how to do loans, trust account, business accounts, seemed to be unorganized, you'd have to send the application to their back office to have reviewed, it often took a very long time making customers upset. I lost a lot of customers because of this. The system used to open accounts was out dated, all though they claim its top of the line, it often crash again leaving customers pissed off for the wait. Overall this job added additional stress that was unnecessary. Not to mention management (at least at my branch) was unprofessional, every question asked shed make expressions making me feel I was a complete idiot, shed even do that to customers. Shed blirt out racialy insencitive sayings in the branch, and shared political and religous views in group meetings. My experience outside my manager seemed common considering I had friends at other location with the same problems. I'd stay away from working for this company unless you like stress due to the system and certain procedures itll make you dread coming into work. Do not fall for the higher pay to get you away from the job you already have, like they did to me, I was recruited and offered 10k more annually, but I can tell you right now it was not worth it.
