Pros
RESPECT, the management really respects your opinions and listen to you when you raise the flag. I feel appreciated and enjoy coming in to the office. It's not a perfect environment, but nothing ever is but it as close as you will get in this field. I have been here a year or so and can honestly say that I feel satisfied here. I enjoy the fast paced, crazy world of managed service providers for multiple clients.
Cons
As far as cons go, there are really none. This place is not a bad place to work if you come in on time and do your work. Turnaround here is very minimal (which is extremely unusual in this type of work), this means the company is solid with no BS.
