Pros

Hardly any, but if this is considered a plus - it is not that hard to get hired - the hiring process is easy. This organization is also called BBE Marketing, which is also Booking Agent Info (I know, it's weird).

Cons

1) Extremely toxic CEO with narcissistic personality, who will make sure to point out every mistake you ever make, discuss it in front of your team members, and really use every opportunity to humiliate you and make you feel useless and incompetent. No matter how much effort you put in, it will never be appreciated. 2) You won't be allowed to have any private conversations with your co-workers. The CEO, Billy Bones, will ask you to only post on group chats. Therefore, you will feel quite isolated and disconnected. 3) People are constantly getting fired, no job stability whatsoever. You will be left on your own with huge amount of work. 4) You'll be required to install an intrusive software that will be taking screenshots of your desktop every few minutes 5) Very few days off (you're signing up for a burnout). Work-life balance is a concept that management isn't familiar with. 6) The pay is absolutely insufficient for the amount of work you will be given. I can keep going, but there is really no point. Please think twice before you even go to an interview and waste your time with this company.
