Their mission is to create trust and transparency in the consumer and business marketplace and, by working here, you get to see the impact you make on the lives of individuals as well as within the marketplace, such as enforcing truth in advertising and resolving disputes between consumers and businesses. The CEO is relatively new and is doing a great job of growing the organization, by adding new programs, creating a foundation, and enhancing employee benefits. The pay and benefits are competitive, especially for a nonprofit. On top of that, there is good work/life balance and the people who work here are genuinely nice people who want to help one another succeed. The office itself is beautiful. It is brand new with top-notch facilities, including a great gym and nice rooftop lounge/work area.
