      Great company to work for. Family oriented, flexible work schedule, ability to grow and move around is awesome.

      Cons

      I have no cons. Working with BASF has been a great experience and I would not have changed anything with my career path or experiences.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
