Pros
Flexibility. The company allows employee to work on hybrid mode post pandemic. BASF is the biggest chemical manufacturer in the world hence financially it is stable.
Cons
The numbers of employees and the size of the organization it too huge. Need to be more generous in employee development such as providing external training without being restricted to HRDF claims. Show appreciation to employees by giving goodies during festive seasons.
