Pros
Awesome company with great culture and benefits. Very focused on development of their people. Lots of exposure globally too depending on the role. Management was great for the most part in my experience. I would absolutely work for them again in the future.
Cons
Each division has its own challenges/quirks, so YMMV. Very much a German company. There is a system and process to do everything, which is nice and ensures things are done right, but sometimes that means things take longer.
