      Pros

      - good salary - good choice of employee development seminars - the cantine is not too bad - changes in field of work every 2-3 years

      Cons

      BASF is of course a international company, but is lacking good international opportunities. Compared to other companies, BASF is very centralized in it's actions.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Cons

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
