Pros
A very well managed office where monthly gatherings occur. The work environment is very uplifting and considerate of ones personal life. Projects are very interesting.
Cons
The lead creative architect can be a bit harsh sometimes but you don't always work directly with them. But if you're doing a presentation, you better be prepared. Other than that I can't think of anything else. I had an amazing experience working. I felt valued and I would honestly love to come back.
