      Young office (not enough experience in some crucial areas), very low salary compensation (doesn't follow the Dutch CAO agreement), lack of work-life balance, people will think you're crazy if you leave work "early" (early = 8pm).

      Salaries, the owner thinks he is Rem Koolhaas but he is not, unpaid overtime, holidays allowance included in the monthly salary to make you believe you earn more, but you don't.
