A very creative interior design studio, adept at the high-end elegant luxury market for residential, hotels, spas, and senior resort residential properties. Their designs are detail oriented, thought out, developed, and produced. The principals, design and operations, are very talented, knowledgeable, and supportive, working directly with staff members. There is a very good culture between the upper management and staff, with timely flow of information when necessary.

It is difficult to get one-on-one individual criticism, positive or negative, from upper management when a problem arises, until considerably after the fact, making issues more difficult to resolve than they should be. There are some challenges of micro-managing occurring which is difficult for anyone, regardless their level in the company.
