Pros

As a newcomer, there are abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as the chance to acquire new skills. The work environment fosters independence and there is a lack of undue stress. The culture of the company is positive, with little to no negative interpersonal dynamics such as backbiting or a toxic atmosphere.

Cons

The company operates on a 6-day workweek schedule. While annual leave entitlements may not be as extensive as those offered by other organizations, the workload is structured to balance productivity and work-life balance.

Pros

Gift on diwali Trip once a year for employees

Cons

The work-life balance here is non-existent. Employees are expected to work on weekends and from home without any additional benefits. The management is very manipulative, often forcing employees to work around the clock. If you refuse, they might ask you to leave. There is no cab facility for women employees, which is a significant issue when they are pressured to work late due to client deadlines. Without a cab service, it’s unsafe for them to commute home late at night. Senior management seems indifferent to this problem. The HR department is ineffective and often contributes to ruining employees’ careers, even when it’s not the employees’ fault. They blame employees for issues they haven’t caused and fail to provide evidence when challenged. Senior employees frequently complain about the managers and the management but lack the courage to address their genuine concerns and find solutions. This creates a toxic environment where flattery is more valued than honesty. Additionally, the helpers in the office don't feel valued or respected by the management.
