Management is part of the " Good old Boy System" and if they don't like you they will pass you by for someone who does even have the qualifications for the position. I had to leave because of no room for growth and my stress level was to high my doctor said. Plus BAE pays the LEAST of all government contractors. Your working for slave wages.
