      Truthfully - none. It’s a terrible place with selfish/self absorbed people.

      Cons

      Do not work at BAE. It’s a horrible work environment. Everyone’s mission is to prove they are the smartest person in the room. No room for advancement. If you have morals and compassion you won’t fit in.
