- Colonial atrocities - they make rules so that they can make your life miserable - highly insensitive company and people in the organization - good people already left what remains in top is bunch of old timers who don't know how to operate and can't succeed - Only bootlicking survives, mediocrity prevails - talent doesn't, if you are around it means you need to start looking out soon
