Pros
The biggest pro for me is the clients you get to work with - it really sets it apart from the average ones Cap, Atos, B4 & A work for. The people I've work with are quite high calibre people and enjoying learning from and work with them. Although with the recruitment drive, I do see a few grads get in that have the STEM 2.1 from a good uni, but not much else. These types are mainly software engineers though. The team I'm in is a 50 hour/wk standard, but that doesn't seem to be the norm here and in fact a few people in the team work part time due to family etc. Good social vibes too. Good pay (I came in as experienced). Nice office.
Cons
As above, the large recruitment drive has led to some average software engineer grad hires. I came in at a good salary, but hear the odd grumble from someone re pay. There also used to be fruit smoothie machines that were taken away a few years ago : (
