Pros
Great leaders and in principle an inclusive environment. Ample personal development opportunities. Many different roles available for sideways moves. Clear business strategy. The company is huge and not uniform throughout so every new role internally is as good as a complete change.
Cons
Salary levels only just okay. The ability to innovate and improve business process is limited and very slow. Male pale and stale. Anything remotely difficult is farmed out to consultants with at best an expensive kick start as a result.
