It may sound pessimistic, but the only good thing about working there, was to know how does it feel to work under the worst conditions ever, so we can make better decisions for our future opportunities, but after this experience, it can get nowhere but better because the worst is over with the end of my experience at B3G

Let's start with the HR, sometimes i really questioned its decency, a real pain in the neck with rare availability and bad service to make you wait for a simple piece of paper for weeks. Really toxic environment. No Insurance included Bad Salary declaration Poor management Heavy workload No respect No private life Working overtime (nights even weekends) with zero bonus or recognition Not even a hint of professionalism No remote work Saturdays are included in your holidays scheduling Stressful work most of time due to bad management No visibility No clear tasks No teamwork the list still goes on .........
