Pros
The pay is very good. The employees are generally very friendly. The company is trying to create more employee benefits, like lunch at the restaurant downstairs once a month, free fitbits for group challenges, etc. A good portion of the company just received new computers, which was great.
Cons
The company has had money management issues in the past and now they are very tightly managing it, but sometimes to the point of being stingy and unfair. Pay is weekly, no direct deposit, which is very inconvenient and odd. Some of the management has no idea what software development really requires time and effort-wise. They can be very mean to the employees, making threats about the projects and that sort of thing. Many people have quit because of the way their managers have treated them. Products are promised to customers long before they are even ready for use and because of this, the employees are yelled at for not going fast enough and customers are unhappy. There are many people in positions that they are not qualified for and it creates issues.
