Pros
You get to do a lot of interesting stuff and learn a great deal. They pay very well and they are very transparent when it comes to salary raise. Also, they give you a profit share from the contracts you work on. They invest a lot in preparing the employees, they pay certifications, trainings, etc.
Cons
Nothing to complain about really.
