At the end of the day it was a paying job.
Cons
Only to rudest and meanest staff get ahead in this company. Managers get extra treats etc and parties with expensive gift bags yet they are happy to drop the staff at any moment. Go against policies, don't bother even coming in half the time and give supervisors most of their work without a pay rise.
