      Pros

      Flexibility with the remote working. A lot of trainings. Very decent entry pay (Increases more along the time in the company). Posibility to progress and grow in the company.

      Cons

      Very Unorganized, as expected from such a big company. At the beginning can be very confusing and the expectations are high, so you need to work very hard to meet those expectations. (Is 0 to 80 km/h, not progressive).

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
